Pubs
Sadly there are very few pubs worth visiting in Bordon. The Hanger in Oakhanger, The Pub With No Name and the Hawkley Inn offer good food and drink, but are quite pricey. The Deers Hut and The Barn Own are probably the best pubs locally, however the The Harrow in Steep, which is about 15 minutes away in the car is well worth a visit! This tiny historic pub has a small menu, but offers hearty food cooked in a wood-fired Aga, excellent ploughman’s lunches and proper stodgy puddings! There are usually only two ales available, but they are delicious. Before deciding to visit The Harrow, It may be worth booking, and note that they only take cash or cheques!
Other Places Worth Visiting
